Favorite gaming executives of the past or present.

Yamauchi, Phil Harrison and Ken Kutaragi.

Noritaka Funamizu and Yoshiki Okamoto did a great job in Capgod.

Iwata is the actual best. Not only is he a brilliant strategist, but he also seems very humble and warm, which is so rare in a CEO.

Bernie Stolar is the funniest.

Ken Kutaragi: The man not only helped Nintendo but also got Sony into the video game industry, and fuck, for any engineer or technophile, this guy is a god.

I also liked Harrison and Hirai only while they were working under Kutaragi, I wish Ohga would have stayed longer, fuck Idei.

As for others

Kojima: What? He is considered an exec!

Carmack/Sweeney: What is there not to like about them? They know their shit, no one fucks with them

Ted Price: He just seems like a cool dude :lol

As far as Nintendo goes, the only one that I think I would have like would be Gunpei, truly Nintendo's best, imo that is.

Moore and Harrison are my two favorites. They both seemed like straight shooters, and attempted to get you excited about the product, but when pressed you could get a bit of honesty out of them. Tretton was a complete creep early on, but he has adjusted well and while he still sounds like a generic businessman with very little gaming knowledge, he has loosened up enough that I no longer find him despicable. Miyamoto and Iwata are completely lovable and I have nothing bad to say about them. Reggie is one of the creepiest generic individuals I have ever seen speak, and I would love to see him disappear from the face of the earth. Kutaragi with his insane promises and endlessly awesome ridiculous statements was so entertaining that I really miss that guy. Oh and how I miss the Allard.
