Specifically, Season 2 of Strike Back onwards. The first season has different characters and is a bit more "serious". S2 onwards maintains the "action movie every 2 weeks" format where the seasons are divided up into a set of two-parters (with an overall story for each season on top of that), retains a couple of organizations / universe elements but is otherwise a different show.
