No chance in hell this will happen. Comey did not mince words in that they thought she was being extremely careless and her entire staff should have known that it wasn't a proper way of securing her account.
Those who will want to continue to make it a big deal will continue to make it a big deal. They'll just now add "the FBI is corrupt too!!!!" to the list since the outcome they wanted wasn't recommended.

No the problem has always been your average Joe would never be legally indicted and serve jail time for this type of thing.
It would be an internal matter at your job which for many would result in you getting fired/let go.

Nothing new has been said except no indictment. Besides, Trump guys weren't going to drop this no matter what. Most people agree it still wasn't a good look but intent is all that mattered.
If anything should change this should mark the end of calls for an indictment as if she reached that specific threshold. I'm not holding my breath as actual law didn't matter beforehand to these people.

The issue Hillary has had is that she has this controversy and Benghazi to her name, so there's a lot of attention given to those two. Trump has a controversy what feels like every other week, so there's less attention given to each one when there's a new one that takes its place.
People will forget all the horrible things Trump has said or done in the past because there's simply too many horrible things to keep track of.
Hillary? It's e-mails and Benghazi. Two things that they can keep hammering on and get repeated.
Hillary and her campaign need to remind people of the very long list of problems that Trump has if she's going to win.
