Isn't Leupolz a better fit for Germany's formation? Marozsan would have to stay back with Goessling, but she is better used as an attacking mid.

I think you'll see both at the same time if Maro is subbed on for Mittag or Sasic.

Yes, but in this tournament Neid played mostly with Leupolz or Marozsan on the 2nd 6 alongside Gößling. Understandable since she don't want to change the front 3.

Yes, but in that game they played with a totally different formation. Without Gößling, Mittag, Laudehr, Popp etc. So you can't draw to many conclusions on that one.

Even thought it may sound crazy, i would propably drop Sasic.

Gößling/Leupolz on the 6 with Marozsan on the 10. Laudehr stays where she is and Popp goes in the centre (on Sasics place) and Mittag wide (where Popp was).

Mittag was our best player till now and while Popp wasn't great i wouldn't drop her since she is to important with Set Pieces (on Offence and Defence) and i think she would work a lot better in the centre.

That is what i would like to see, however even i wouldn't change it at this time in the tournament. No time for experiments now.

Are you trying to watch it on mobile or something? It's on the regular fox channel not fox sports so if you have a tv with a basic antenna you should be able to get it.

Ooh Germany just had a good chance. Pushing so many players into the box gives them the opportunity to overrun France's defence. But the risk of a France counterattack is too great imo. France could/should have gone ahead already..
