It might be surrounded by clubs and bars. There's an IHOP right in the middle of campus town down at UoI that usually has 3 big-ass security guys standing outside on the weekends. When you get a lot of hungry, drunk people, sometimes it may get a little rowdy.

Once a manager got punched for asking a lady to move her car because she blocked someone in.

Funniest part of that situation was going to court with a tape of the whole ordeal and watching the lady laugh her ass off even after we showed the tape haha.
