I watched for maybe 2 hours yesterday afternoon and now the past 2 hours right now and I've never seen them get one of their 3 mains(Fei, Yun, or Sagat) on stream yet. How is it that their luck is that bad? And is their a sleeping bag off stream for Mago beside the camera or something?

No, they just think that because they notice it more when it picks a character you don't know how to play. Kinda like noticing that you tend to always look at the clock at 11:11.

I like how I play on consoles because I'm poor and not because they get the games first, portability, that pc ports of fighting have been much worse until a couple of years ago or non-existent, emulated version might not be as arcade perfect as the console port, ease of use, accessibility, etc.

I actually KO'd watching their stream last night. I'm watching the archive right now, I'm at the part where they all let out a painful scream after getting Hakan vs a Ibuki when they're at 4876pp, sooooo good lol. I already know they never made it, it will be fun to watch the rest as they continue to fail reach it.
Marvel needs to get their shit together now that the digital space is a thing and releases could potentially live on forever. Marvelggedon occurring right now as games are disappearing left and right from PSN, XBLA and Steam. Does not bode well for post-launch support.
There are so many inconsistencies in this fiasco, it's hard to figure out exactly what's going on.

Do you think they need a hard restructuring on how they handle these legal issues? What could they do to prevent this, I am not a legal .. anything so I have no idea how they could work this out. Then again as you have said what is actually going on, is it people above them pulling all this away?

It's going to be its own standalone game, but I think you pay the DLC upgrade price if you already have a copy of AE on your Steam account. Not sure what they'll do for people that bought through GFWL/physical retail as that marketplace has shut down and Ultra SFIV will be moving to Steamworks on PC.
Marvel doesn't lose much in the end. People bid on the license, they sell it. When the license expires, the bidding war starts all over again.
It sucks, but pretty much everything they do in regards to all things digital tends to.
Capcom should bid for it again...
How is Marvel Heroes still up? My guess is that in the near future servers for that game will be dropped too.. and that's a MMO which needs lots of post release support.
