After BBS, his quality dropped big time. His KH3D tracks sound significantly weaker than Shimomura's and Ishimoto's tracks in both sound quality and composition quality. His work for Explorers was down right terrible though.

That's so sad. I loved his work in The Last Remnant.

Hope this game is good/decent, been looking for more co-op multiplayer games. Doesn't have to be as good as monster hunter of course lol

Been waiting for this announcement for awhile. Day one for this one. Anything that's even remotely like Crystal Chronicles(FF multiplayer, basically) is something I'm immediately interested in.

Yup. We have the same reasoning. I miss that formula/world too much, though largely the GameCube one. When Square announced DQX and XI for NX, I messaged a friend saying, "Maybe this means FFCC will come back on NX??"

P.S. This bodes well for DQVII/VIII to be released in the West, after all.

Does it actually though? There are SO MANY DQ titles to catch up on for the 3DS. I really feel like Square Enix was like "oh Monster Hunter just did well in the West, and Final Fantasy is a Western brand, so why the heck not. But Dragon Quest? That's only for PS in the West."

Well, we won't see any of the spin-offs, that's for sure. But there might be hope for DQVII, DQVIII and most importantly DQXI.

DQVIII should be a no-brainer since it's already entirely localized on PS2 and iOS. Getting the 3DS version out shouldn't be much of an issue. And maybe, just maybe, they are actually giving us DQVII after fans begged for it for so long...

Totally forgot about this game until I saw it at Video Games New York stand at Otakon the other day. Of course they inflated their price... Yes, but SE has skipped a bunch of 3DS games this generation and since FF Explorers has been out for months in Japan, most assumed it was skipping the west, particularly after it was absent from E3.
