So adding cutscenes is super strange. Surely reviewers won't have gotten those and that will probably reflect in criticisms of the story that we have already seen here.

They are just CGI scenes, cut from kingsglaive and parts of omen, apparently how they are implemented don't add much to begin with anyway.

I don't think you have to worry about reviewers experience with the game

Ok, so I can confirm that patch 1.02 fixed the game breaking bug for me.

They changed how battles are graded. It's now based on Time, Finesse, and Damage. It used to be Defense, Stealth, and Offense

not talking about you specifically but many people posting the game needs more time, these are big design decisions that wont be fixed in a few months but would take years, at that point we might as well enjoy the flawed but finished product we have now...

The way console updates work is that you only have to download latest patch, it will contain all previous stuff in it...

EDIT: I don't think you can really have an idea about content added just going by file size. 1.01 added 1080p CGI cutscenes, this is without a doubt the biggest part of its size.
