So am I the only one here that prefered the reboot to Raimi films?
After reading the comic con info, I'm more postitive about this. It seems they're really planning out the sequels, Giamati won't be the Rhino in ASM 2 and I'd assume it's the same for the GG.
Basically they seem to know what they're doing.
Spider-Man 3 is like really bad guys, worse than I remember. It's on FX right now- I'm probably not gonna watch the whole thing lol, but Maguire and Dunst aren't even trying.
Unless you have some insane loyalty to Raimi, as a fan of Spider-Man, or fan of Spider-Man movies. I can't see how you can think it's good or even better than TASM. Flint Marko's daughter booked in a better performance than the main cast with her one line. Lol.
Agreed. Every time someone attempts to explain how SM3 is better than ASM, I just kind of... well, I wonder about things.

Especially considering what SM3 was following up. One of the biggest letdowns of all time. ASM, even with a few blemishes like Lizard and some of the CG, is nothing by comparison.
I'm guessing it's people being blinded by their love for the first two. Personally, loving the first two even though I thought maguire wasn't very good, the third one being so horrible almost ruined the Raimi series for me. I can easily put ASM above it.

I absolutely loved the first two, and the reason why I hated Spider-man 3 was because of how much I loved the first two. I mean yeah it was a bad movie, but especially bad considering how fantastic the previous one was. After Spider-man 3, I was ready for a reboot. Some people think it's too soon, I thought it was taking too long.
The worst time I ever had watching a movie in the theaters was SM3.

SM3>ASM.
SM3 is a bad movie but entertaining. ASM is extremely boring. SM3 gifs are still being used! Even the bootleg versions. lol

Fuck that shit, man. What a wretched movie.

Well yes, in absolute terms SM3>>>>ASM, but context makes SM3 the bigger disappointment because SM2 is sogood.gif.This excuse would be fine if it weren't for the fact it's the third movie in a series that was extremely well liked until that abomination happened. It destroyed characters and villains we loved and had some of the most half-assed acting.
ASM>SM3
There is truth in this.

Jamie Foxx sucks, Electro looks lame, WTF at Harry Osborn casting, and the removal of Mary Jane. Just a really weirdly handled sequel.
It's only a matter of time now. It was on a website, now it was on YouTube, so it's out there. People have it. One way or another we will see it before this day is through!
great now I'm gonna have to f5 this site all day...
Looks like it's shaping up nicely. Andrew dances circles around Tobey as Spidey
