hell yeah. everything in that game owned so hard. from the intro, to the stadiums to the gameplay to the music. IMO it was the PERFECT baseball game. Then 3d came along and Fd everything up. :lol

It's different this time man... they brought the guy from EA and if you read that IGN preview, they are putting a ton of effort into this. MLB was mad at them for how poor 2k6 was. Have some faith... it'll look just like that, guaranteed.

Sorry, after wasting $60 last year I can't believe what ANYONE says. If 2k wants their fanbase back they better release some movies....soon!

Because there is this weird effect that occurs . . . the closer you get to realism, the more the little mistakes stand out. You'd accept a cartoonish looking player . . . but when it gets close to real, things like the zombie eye stand out.

It is a psychological effect related to our face pattern matching aspects in our brains.

It won't be the same shit, and that article is encouraging. But I won't believe it until I see it. Plus, the likelihood of a new team hitting it out of the park their first time out is kind of low.

MLB '07 for the PS3 will probably be the game to get. I just hope they keep their next-gen update simple and not Maddenize it. Don't fix what ain't broke, 989.

Because graphics are not really what impresses in games...it's how well and realistically they animate that's impressive and how that makes the gameplay more immersive.

Yeah, and EA said NBA Live this year would be amazing. They were right, it was amazingly bad. I believe that the mlb2k7 team has the best intentions, but sometimes things don't turn out the way you want them to.
