Fish Sashimi jumps from dinner plate

Where's that gif of the octopus tentacles dancing from soy sauce? This is just like that, they aren't alive.

You can't see the entire fish.. someone could simply be holding it by the end of it's tail and pulls it off the plate.

The shaking coud be from that person or a fan blowing on it.

It's this, isn't it?

The fish is prepared with as much of the organs and nerves preserved as possible so it's still alive in some sense that there is neural activity there.

Why do so many youtube videos just have the title copied and pasted a bunch of times as the video description?

Maybe they think it will help their SEO as it pertains to said title?

"If I put the title in my description 5 times it is 5 times more likely to show up on a search result of said title!"

Is this like that video where the woman is trying to prepare a fish with its head cut off but the muscles are still responding and it fights her?

"Homer, I don’t think this fish is quite dead yet."

"Marge, please! I’m having enough trouble with the lobsters."

This type of stuff always comes with a "look how cruel Asians are!!!" sentiment, but it's just muscle fibers contracting due to the salt from the soy sauce.
