The first time I saw this film, before I knew any memes were made for it(didn't even know until a year later) I always found this scene weirdly written and hard to take seriously as an intimidating villain intro. But I wasn't a fan of the whole movie anyway

It would be painful for Mr. CIA Littlefinger if he removed the mask.

Bane is also a big guy for Mr. CIA Littlefinger, but Bane is a modest man; he probably wouldn't be a big man for Talia, but certainly for Mr. CIA. He knows his limits, unlike Baleman (until the end of the movie).
