As far as I can see you have to start a conversation to block someone. Then when you open the convo there'll be a little icon that's for blocking them

Seems like this could get out of hand if it doesn't get some better restrictions. I thought there was an age limit. Unless 18 year olds just look extremely young these days. People avoid that problem by taking a picture of their computer screen. It's not optimal, and doesn't work unless you have a computer around, but it works I guess.
