Let me tell you from my own experience, you are flicking/flinging wrong. They need to fix that motion asap!
I just send a pic of myself back in the same pose as them. One guy blocked me for it acting like he was pissed.
How you gonna be pissed? This isn't a damn hook up app. It sends everywhere in the world. How do you not understand that?!?

That's the way it is right now. You cannot demand more Flings. I think the way the App works is, that once you are chosen to receive a Fling, the App locks you out for a certain amount of time. It used to be 3 minutes, then extended to 5, now it is 10 minutes it seems. Then after the set time is up, you are open to receive another random one - it is potluck if you get something decent.
Replies, on the other hand, are more like direct communications, and can be done nonstop.

This thread got me interested in grabbing the app and I've used it now for about two days. Of course I've had a very similar experience in the dumb shit received. I hold out hope and continue to send out my own Flings and reply occasionally to some people in hopes of interesting conversation and seeing new places.
Definitely cautious due to the age thing. I feel weird holding a one-on-one conversation with a stranger when they could potentially (likely) be a teen.
Did get a laugh from me when some guy took a flexing bed shot showing off the tattoos on his arm so I sent him a shot of my tattoo with a message like "We both have tattoos, yay!" and got instantly blocked.
I'll keep up the good fight. I've been sending random questions with very little success in getting replies as well as taking pictures of dumb stuff in games I'm playing (had a conversation about Murdered: Soul Suspect with a guy yesterday). The app could use some updates for sure but considering the low expectations for amusement out of it and the chance for a diamond in the rough like the shots from other cities and Brazilian cooking class pictures I'll keep toying with it for now.
