Even if they get banned (highly doubtful), it takes zero effort to make a new account, and they'll either carry on or be slightly more subtle next time - meaning you'll waste even more time looking at messages from guys that just want to see boob.

Just ignore them, I don't think there's even any reason to delete things in this app (ocd and crotch shots aside)
