I don't know it looks a little too much like the Godzilla 1998 film (not the design but the feel).

I saw that one really late into my Godzilla watching when I was younger.
I remember it being way too trippy for my tastes. I suppose it did come out in '71 so it makes sense.

It still looks like someone (within the movie) is filming it with a flip-camera.
People should have realized that the scale used in this poster was only for effect:
Glad this footage puts that to rest.
Bwahahah, I didn't realise that they did that to Gino. That's pretty fantastic. "Zilla" is a great name too.

can anyone make out what floor the elevator stops at?
Looks like 25 or 26 to me.
That's significantly larger than GINO '98, right?
This is assuming they designed the floor stop deliberately at the 'event'.![]()

god no. 2014 Godzilla looks much more like the original from the 90's (which were my fave designs)
I didn't know you were a Scalie.*fans herself*
Whoa. Everything looked and sounded fantastic. My hype is through the roof; this is my most anticipated film of 2014 by a large, large margin.

Godzilla In Name OnlyI'm sorry but what does GINO stand for? Everytime I see it I read "Godzilla in New...what?" and it's just eating away at me!

So good.
I believe the final version is bigger, but are their major design differences?
Yeah, that was awesome.Wow, love the way they revealed that!
Why is nobody talking about how original and effective their way of showcasing his design was? They really went out of their way on this one. They could have just opted for a behind-closed doors teaser trailer.
Shouldn't the building (and thus camera) shake as he walks?
