I just launched Halo MCC on Steam for the first time yesterday and on opening it prompted me to sign in with my Microsoft account. I signed in with the one associated with my Xbox tag and it said my tag was now linked with Steam. Not sure if i will have to do it again with every Microsoft game, but it looks like we should be able to get the rewards.

Did they fix the opening drive scene being boring and nowhere as good as FH4 and especially FH5's? (Rhetorical question. I know they didn't).

Is it ready though? I'd imagine there will be a day 1 patch or 2. It's always been 4 days for the premium edition. I think it's a damn joke that that's even a preorder incentive for the premium edition. That should be THE preorder incentive for ALL editions. EA did that with Codemasters WRC a couple years ago. You preorder the game, you get to play a little earlier than waiting for the official release, appreciate the support.

but yeah the game is ready. people are already playing it with music and everything. even if there is another patch day one. so what ? its not like the game doesnt update it self every now and then without you even noticing lol

I wish they can provide an option to dissable all the in game characters conversation and story and dance and shit. They are fucking cringe, and I have to look at it everytime I win a race in FH4. I drop the game because of this and I am not kidding. ;/
