I think I know what you mean.

usually if I get something new I'm too excited and want to open it up straight away. but I've noticed a lot more recently I don't do that as much. might wait until the next day or whatever.

it's not that I get any pleasure from it. I am very nervous and anxious about lots of stuff and not having immediate satisfaction or relief is a way I am working on being less anxious. it's hard to explain lol

i don't know the word for it but when i'm singing a song my voice matches it. I should know this because I studied music. I want to say it harmonizes with it but not sure that's right. We have the same/similar pitch. it's a girl singing :messenger_grinning_sweat:
 
Hah. Hah. This new head of IT at the company pointed out a key problem. The company outsources waaaayyy too damn much.

It boggs things down and you can't really trust them.
 
Of course, the parking lot I usually use to get the license is now threatening to tow people who don't use the hairstylist there.

So, I had to park along the street. Pain in the ass.
 
I had a little trouble with the eye exam, but I got enough to pass. They did something funky with the first set of letters.

Part of the problem these days is that a lot of bills are digital.

So, it makes it hard to have a document to prove your address.

I am not certain if they would take a document printed off a computer. You could forge it.
 
My boss is southern and I thought I could be funny by quoting GTA 3 Chatterbox by saying, "Possum? That's good eatin'." He immediately went, "You don't eat possum," with the weight of someone who may have learned that lesson the hard way.

My point is, we all carry our burdens. Mine just so happens to be people not understanding when I quote GTA 3.
 
seriously....

monitor suddenly went blank. at least it came back because last time it didn't and i had to reboot my PC. also my ethernet adapter disconnected again. had a lot of issues with this when i first got this board. it's been running absolutely fucking fine well over a year. when this happens i need to reboot my PC to get it working again. so set my GPU back to PCIE 4 and updated to new driver. getting worse performance in some benchmarks/games. could just be the driver.

i do enjoy PC gaming but since i got this fucking GPU all i've been doing is trying to make it stable and fix issues. hardly played any fucking games on it. wish i just stuck to console sometimes.

had a square sausage with fried onions and egg for my breakfast this morning by the way.

fuckin beautiful. that's all i've been eating the last couple days. there is a little cafe shop that does them beside my work and they are amazing. so bought some of my own to make at home.

going to have another one later for my dinner :messenger_savoring::messenger_savoring::messenger_savoring::messenger_savoring:

i'm surprised and not surprised at the same time. it's a scotch pie with a lorne sausage in the middle.
