I don't skateboard but I do race bikes (pedal) and I'd never go anywhere without a helmet. (Or be allowed to race for that matter). They're definitely life savers (speaking from experience), it only takes one accident.

Plus, I dunno about skateboard helmets but cycle helmets look pretty smart these days, especially the aero ones.

I just had my roof replaced and the number of presentations I had to sit through from people selling me on various GAF packages while we were shopping around…

Turns out, GAF is the best in roofing. I'm very happy with my new roof.
