none of you told me about Mobland

none of you

p angy rn

edit: jesus watch Mobland. I admit that love Tom Hardy so much but man this series is balling.

Just watched episode 1. Crazy how no one is talking about this show.

Recommended it to my friend who loves crime dramas and he refuses to watch it, probably because he doesn't want to subscribe to a new service. Show would have been much bigger on Amazon or Netflix.

Edit: Nevermind, this show is complete trash

I did! I loved the actual (Wii U) ending, but hated the new ending. Chapter 13 was the worst thing Xenoblade-related that they've released ever, I thought.

I haven't beaten the new storyline yet, I youtubed the ending but I generally just been doing all the sidequest and everything else before I even go and take on the final part of the new storyline. And I agree the new storyline is nothing special. Also that one new guy they introduce, have no idea who he is and why he is so important lol

One of the reasons I loathed that section - the new guy is a total Gary Stu who takes over the narrative, all while the new story more or less retcons the entire first 12 chapters of the game. You're not supposed to know who he is - he's a new, previously unknown but somehow friends with the entire main cast before you showed up. Just the worst.

I wish they tied the new storyline to the other Xenoblade games like what Future Redeemed did

I started watching The Hot Spot with Mikako Ichikawa. Pretty fun show, lots of very muted Japanese humor.

The post office has by far the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. In addition to their 800 number basically being worthless where you have to trick the number to get someone on the phone or it will literally hang up on you after telling you it can't help you, the in store experiences may even be worse. EVery time I go to one they have one worker manning 3 lines worth of people, the computers aren't working properly, etc. Today, a new one. I was in line for over 20 mins, along with about 6 or 7 other people. There is a worker off to the side talking to some fat guy who is sitting entitled in a chair with a notepad and taking notes and trying to figure out why his package hasn't been delivered yet. And he keeps going "Ok, so let me understand, if it's marked as delivered, does that mean it's signed for or...?" and he keeps taking notes. And he sees all of us waiting in line and this fatty boombatty doesn't care. Anyway, that's not even the most annoying thing that happened, that was an aside.

This other worker comes out after we've all been waiting and tells everyone in line that we all have to go home and he can't serve us because it's time for his lunch break. So basically everyone waiting there to mail something had to just leave. The dude waiting in front of the line flipped out. And then he got into a shouting match with the worker and they started yelling at each other. What a mess. All around, what a disgrace. Never going back to that location ever again. Totally unacceptable customer service.

It's those old public service companies like mail, energy, trains, telephones, etc that all have become private companies by now and still remain, by how they work, a public company.
I have argued with 86 people about a location that needs to be maintained, but is not staffed at all times, about who can flush the toilet twice, once a month.

If the timing works out, I can do a Jackbox stream tomorrow with you beautiful creatures. I'm thinking mid-morning US time / evening Europe time.
