I was messing around with getting the old Myth games working on my laptop.

Myth 1 is a real pain in the ass to get working on a modern computer. I had to run it in a VM with WinXP to get it to work.

I refunded JDM and am now considering Tainted Grail thanks to Peggies recommendation. Wrapping up The Precinct today. I beat the game and have one achievement left.

Weather is nice today too so maybe later I'll go for a hike.

I'd say you're about 2/3rds or maybe 3/4ths of the way through. You still have a decent chunk left!

That game is so good. It's one of my favorites, but it's so hard to replay because of how heavy it is. Enjoy!

I can't believe how good this game looks on my 4 year old PC. I'm in constant awe during cutscenes too

I'm working on unlocking all the achievements, and right now I'm doing a permadeath Grounded run. Probably not the best idea for a first playthrough, but I'm having a blast. No joke, I've died at the city gate like ten times just from falling. The jumping mechanics are rough. Thankfully, I found that setting that basically prevents you from falling off edges. Lifesaver.

Can't wait to continue tomorrow

It's probably the best "J"RPG I've ever played. It does everything right, and (unlike most RPGs) it truly respects your time. There isn't a single moment of bullshit side quests or grinding. Zero filler.

I famously hate almost all JRPGs, and this game is easily my GOTY so far. Gigantic recommendation from me.
