I don't think they do, especially the ones that had to be inside during their prime teen years with covid around.
Not sure where I saw it but a few people were discussing that while car culture is still alive a big part of a generation doesn't have access to cars the same way we did.

I usually end up at some run-down mom-and-pop bar and grill way out in the middle-of-nowhere Florida, the kind of place you'd never notice unless you were looking for it. I usually let Google point me toward those "hidden gem" spots, and half the time it sends me to a building that doesn't look promising at all… but the food ends up being surprisingly great.

For example I had a damn good burger from this spot on one of my 4 hour expeditions.
