I just had the most peculiar meeting ever.
It was with that woman who works for the department of "Gender and Diversity" and she asked me what I do to make female students more visible.

It ended in a rather awkward discussion in which I told her that female students are as visible as male students.

It's not like they're like the Invisibles in Warhammer 40k. (I'm reading the books at the moment. She obviously doesn't).

I only tune into the Winter Olympics for the elite athleticism… from the female athletes. Ok I lied, I do that for all the Olympics.
 
I can't even watch it with my wife because she turns it into a whole thing. She thinks I'm supposed to root for my country and can't understand why I'm cheering for random nations like I'm scouting talent. I'm not political about it, I just want the prettiest girls to win. I know it's not a beauty pageant, but to me it's a way better system for picking a winner. :messenger_beaming:

I'm convinced it's like a group of 14 dudes who just showed up in Nagano in 1998 and literally made the game up as they went. And somehow it slid under the radar of the Olympic's board of governors, and now they're just grandfathered into each Olympics.

And I'm pretty sure they still just make up the rules as they go. Absolute legends.
