That was Reservoir Dogs for me, it was marketed as action crime move and I didn't get that and thought is was shit until someone who was more movie versed at the cinema we worked in told me "No, you actually have to listen to the dialogue" then I "got" it.

What blew my mind with Reservoir Dogs is that the heist itself isn't even shown. A younger me would've thought that was lazy
And yeah, once you 'get' dialogue-driven movies, it completely changes how you watch films. Suddenly a bunch of guys sitting around a table talking can be more gripping than a $200 million action flick
