Funniest shit you've seen in a TV show?

Can you tell me the name of this please and the context of what the hell is happening :)
It's from the first episode of season two of the Chappelle Show. Basically, the premise was hilarious shit happening in slow motion replays of unexceptional everyday events.

You can watch the clip on youtube (search chappelle toilet), but I really recommend watching the entire episode. It was completely unexpected, and the build up to it is masterful.

I was so excited for new season to finally start and Chappelle and crew didn't disappoint. Good times.

But beware, for the doll comes with a terrible curse.
That's bad.
But it comes with a free frozen yogurt, which I call frogurt!
That's good!
The frogurt is also cursed.
That's bad.
But you get your choice of toppings!
That's good!
The toppings contain potassium benzoate.
...
That's bad.
Can I go now?

Anchorman: Simpson scandal update: Homer sleeps nude in an oxygen tent which he believes gives him sexual powers!

Homer: HEY! That's a half-truth!

From South Park probably the twist during Woodland Critter Christmas and realizing how batshit insane the rest of the episode is going to be.

The perfect ending to a perfect South Park episode.

No sound, no music, just that image and the credits. I just remember cracking up so hard the first time I saw it. Supposedly the mental image came first, and they made a whole episode on how to get to it.

One of the greatest endings to anything ever.

This has always made me laugh.

Saved by the Bell when Jesse gets addicted to caffeine pills. She's in her room singing "I'm so excited, I'm so excited. ...I'm...so....scared."

The over acting is the funniest damn thing ever.

Many Rick & Morty moments, but specially the whole "Roy" sequence (bonus points in the after credits when they anounce "Roy 2: Dave") and the after credits scene with Dracula in the Tiny Rick episode.

Dunno if it counts since i saw it on youtube linked some days ago here in GAF, but the trilogy of "East Vs West" skits from Key & Peele gets me every time.

From the simpsons, but specially in the mexican dub, the whole bit in "Lisa vs Malibu Stacy" with the "release me from your kung fu grip" joke, the delivery of the lines in spanish is delicious.

The ending to The Marine Biologist episode of Seinfeld. Got even better when I read in an interview that the episode originally ended with George walking into the water. It didn't get a big enough laugh so Larry David wrote that monologue in ten minutes and Jason Alexander got it out on the first take.

The WKRP Thanksgiving episode ... I know it's really old, but it still makes me laugh. This is a somewhat edited version. I recommend watching the whole episode for the full effect ... but, the gist is, the incompetent (but nice) head of the radio station decides he'll plan a special Thanksgiving event:

This last week of Adventure Time made me laugh out loud quite a few times. Really good episodes.

Aside from Simpsons or a couple random things from Friends the only thing I remember is how surprisingly funny I found occasional jokes in Last Man Standing...which boggles my mind right now.
But when they tell Kyle he broke the man code so they will shoot him point blank in the crotch with a paintball gun and he asks if it hurts and Tim Allen said "Have you ever been stung by a bee? Its like...1000 of those."
For some reason that dude still has great timing.

Oh also Gravity Falls. When they print out copies and one of the copies gets caught in the printer and starts howling. Jezus that was perfect

I've had this scene stuck in my head for two days.

It is a special kind of perfect. The entire episode is building up to this wrestling tournament - and Frank goes from ref to wrestler, only to slit Crickens neck open with a trash can... The delayed raising of the arms... Jesus Christ, I die laughing every single time.

The pacing is what really sold the scene for me.

Other really stand out moments are the entire Nightman Cometh play, the EGG scene, and for some god damn reason the computer virus with Mantos Toboggan... Though I could choose like, at least 20 more.

I'm also a pretty big fan of the Spaceman Bubbles scene from Trailer Park Boys.
I love this scene.

I lose my shit every time Dennis goes crazy too.

"I WILL COME DOWN ON THIS HOSPITAL, LIKE THE GUST OF A THOUSAND WINDS!"

Nurses reaction is even better

The Simpsons episode "Last Exit To Springfield". In order to quell the union strike, Mr. Burns decides to turn a fire hose on them. While Smithers turns it on, Mr. Burns decides to ride the hose. Because of his incredibly light weight, the hose and Mr. Burns go flailing everywhere. When I first saw this as a kid, I laughed until it hurt.

It's got to be this. I absolutely LOST it when he raises the pitch of his voice to that insane level and says "Go fuck yourselves."

Incredible show. This might be my favorite episode.

What makes it even better earlier in the episode when he writes the song about Paddy's Pub while sober.

But man, I thought I was going to die from this part.

Top Gear is really the only show that really does it for me. Basically any of their cheap car challenges had me in tears, moments like the following.

Clarksons 928 in the original porsche ccc. Blowing more smoke from the exhaust than coming off the single pegger doughnut. Leaking copious amounts of fuel and breaking down several times just leaving london.

Sports coupe ccc with the belgian stone road clarkson and hammond getting quite wet.

Clarksons stable door in the cheap british cars ccc.

And many many more.

Also, the IT Crowd episode where Moss was trying to remove Douglas's electric sex pants was pretty magical.

"FUCK OFF!"

Is one of the best scenes in the whole series. God damn I love Douglas hahaha, Matt Berry is a hilarious maniac.
edit: It actually might be my favourite IT Crowd scene. I'm laughing right now just thinking about it.

The ending to The Marine Biologist episode of Seinfeld. Got even better when I read in an interview that the episode originally ended with George walking into the water. It didn't get a big enough laugh so Larry David wrote that monologue in ten minutes and Jason Alexander got it out on the first take.

That monologue is probably the peak of a show that is full of peaks. Christ that was brilliant, Larry David is a god.

VEEP, when Selena and Gary are having a laughing fit in the toilet in season 3.

I don't know how well it works outside of context, but it was extremely cathartic to see this in the show (major spoiler)
right after she found out she's about to become POTUS
. One of the few times a comedy show got me literally crying from laughter.

The latest episode of Black-ish
The ending where the bag hits him on the shoulder and he starts freaking out. I don't know, it's just something about over-the-op acting that makes me laugh.

This whole episode is fucking comedy gold, this and the Sea Parks episode is just so goddamn great.
It is, but for me, the best scene was Jen wanting to order whisky for the poor disabled one in the picture and Moss being the barkeeper (and him destroying nearly all of the glasses subsequently). That actually had me falling from my sofa laughing.
