My top 6 are all basically tied for #1. I cannot say that early totals did not effect their order. However, I stared long and hard at my own personal "fun factor" and longevity in making my final determination. My mind filled with magnificent Crackdown memories, moving it up. Rapture gathering dust moved it down. Spinning H3 almost every day moved it up. Feeling magnetically drawn to playing through ME 3x back to back kept it near the top. Expressions of glee from 'band practice' forced Rock Band up a notch or two. Feeling like I had real life robotic arms kept Elebits in the running. Etc. Edit: Oops. Changed #10, Elebits (2006) to RE:4 (2005 lolz) since that one's legal. It was almost you, Shivering Isles.
