Headhunter as an open world? Wasn't travelling between levels a straightforward racing thing? I certainly don't remember it being open world.

edit - I remembered slightly incorrectly, I think you *could* drive around the city if you wanted to, but there was literally nothing to do (unless I'm wrong, yet again), and it only served as a sort of "intermission" break from the third person shooter missions.
