Game Grumps (aka Egoraptor plays some games)

Someone was livetweeting the Grump and NSP panels. Here are some relevant highlights:

At the Grump panel they said that they have a 3DS capture unit now so they're contemplating doing some 3DS episodes. Also ProJared will be the first GrumpCade guest.
Here's to hoping that 3DS capture + Jared means more Monster Hunter.

I'm pretty sure he's joking.

Although they did say that they're gonna try to go back and finish a bunch of older playthroughs in February.
Would be a nice dream. But fuck, I'll take some completions over nothing.

I need to watch the MAGFest panels.

Also, this is why I love GameGrumps. Stuff like this...

This whole segment right here.

There is no picture. And opening it in a new tab gives a Google+ page with error 403.

403 means the file is forbidden.

In this case it basically means you're a dirty hot linker. Or, if it's your Google+ account, you simply forgot to enable outside viewing for this specific file. (You see it because it's in your browsers cache. We do not see it because it is not set to be shared.)

Well, there it is.... dot GIF

I was hoping for more. Like a hint at a collaboration or something. Maybe in the future. Maybe 2016. I dunno. Is the fanbase ready for a Jon return? Probably not. If it was just a one-off they'd go crazy because he didn't return forever. But I'm so so so glad they're good now.

Of course it won't shut anyone up at all. Reddit needs to just lock ConspiracyGrumps and the official GameGrumps Reddit should ban any discussion. Let them take that shit to 4chan where it can be out of the way.

Arin and Suzy made me care more for a bug than I really should've.

Oh and that Presentable Liberty game wasn't good for Steam Train. Shouldn't have bothered to play it on there together.

If you liked the playthrough of Presentable Liberty, you should check out Markiplier's playthrough as well... it's actually really funny. He gets WAAAAY into the story.

I liked how into it they got with the spider. And how Arin kept telling her she needed to let it go because he was gone.

Edit: Also does anyone have a link to where Arin answered questions about Jon? Seeing that post makes me happy that they've finally patched things up and we can move on.

You know, given the events that transpired, it almost makes me wonder if this train of thought is what made Arin try to reach back out to Jon. I mean that shit was kind of hard to read.

That actually makes a lot of sense.

Twitter has been going nuts with drawings of Suzy and Arin with that bug. It's kind of funny.

I also thought it was funny seeing the difference between Suzy/Arin and Markiplier playing the game. Arin didn't care at all about Charlotte and just wanted to play the games, whereas Mark got really into the whole story and didn't seem to play the games much. (At least in the second half of the playthrough. I skipped ahead on his.)

Didn't he move to Cali from Florida?

Or am I mistaken?

You are correct. Being from Cali myself though, calling everyone dude is the norm. I even actively hate the word dudette, I have for as long as I can remember... Dude is just a way better word, we don't need that -ette bullshit tossed in at the end.

As someone from Texas, "dude" isn't a gendered word for me. Everyone's a 'dude." But that's more because I watched a lot of TV as a kid, and it was all about being "radical" and "tubular."

It's either bro, brah, breh, or dude in NY. The above goes for both sexes.

Unless you're trying to hit on a woman, then most guys mistaken go " gurllllllll".

Oh my god, Action Girlz Racing might be one of my new favorite episodes.

Edit: 8:45 - the door goes up like a cat flap... pretty sure that's not how school doors work.

Danny is right - it makes Sonic Boom look like a masterpiece.

Looking for a specific video. I remember them playing an NES version of a board game (checkers?) where every turn had a huuuge black screen to load. Anyone remember which video that is?

Yeah. I follow him on twitter, and a couple weeks back he was talking about getting back into art and was taking a few requests on what to draw. I believe him when he says it's been stressful managing GG and the surrounding features he has. I know the feeling, having to manage 20ish people. Having time for yourself in a situation like that becomes a rarity and well, you crave for it

I like Ego. He's a cool guy.

It's great to see those pictures with Jon and Arin and knowing that they've at least begun to reconcile.

Probably just wishful thinking, but I'd like to imagine that maybe Danny played a part in helping to get them on good terms again. He's older than both of them and more experienced in life, so it's possible he slowly tried getting them to realize that whatever resentment was there wasn't worth losing a good friend. Danny just seems like a genuinely nice guy so it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he did something like that.

??? Was there actual beef between Arin and Jon?

The run about theory is that GG was getting big enough to make some decent profit, Arin wanted to well, monetize it and like he said, took a managerial position, whilst Jontron wanted to keep it as a side thing. (That's the theory, atleast).

Poor Airn :( ... Selfless for his friends (I read that post someone linked to above). Great guy right there.

I wouldn't call it a beef, but I do think there was some sort of falling out considering how abruptly it all happened and the strange avoidance of it afterward. If somehow there actually weren't any disputes, then the whole thing could've definitely been handled better.

My ideal scenario- and the least likely- is that they're all in on it, and after Jon wanted to leave they decided they should troll everyone for shits and giggles.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if Danny had a hand in things. Sometimes that middle party is needed to start and fix things. He does seem like the kind of guy who would get things moving on that even if slowly.

Man FUCK Yoshi's Story

*says my 10yr old self self after playing Yoshi's Island*

Most disappointing thing ever for me

But god it's so adorable ;_;
