Game Grumps (aka Egoraptor plays some games)

So far behind on Game Grumps. I get burned on their incompetence so easily now, which kills it for awhile.

I find the most enjoyable videos from GG.2 are when Danny is playing something he knows how to play.

When they play games they don't know how to play, or THINK they know how to play (ugg) then I usually get annoyed fairly easily. It's not so bad when they stick to banter, but once they start to verbally wonder what to do it becomes frustrating. Since 99% of the time it's obvious.

Even worse when they get a tutorial for something, then bitch about tutorials during the entire thing, then don't know how to play the game and bitch about "conveyance". *eye roll*

Getting caught up on the Wind Waker playthrough. Just when you think Arin couldn't be worse at Zelda...

-Spends lengthy amount of time on a quest to get bombs. Forgets he has bombs several times.
-He's never going to notice the "drop" button, is he?
-Arin vs. the beamos.
-STOP THROWING THE STATUES! You can jump with them! You already did it once!
-Heh, Arin being cocky when he figured out that triforce block puzzle after failing numerous times to transport statues across a small gap.

Well everything else on that menu is just your current status, except for Filling which is an option. Pretty easy mistake to make.

Edit: And now I feel like an idiot, on rewatch I see there was an indicator saying 0 Pounds.

Holy shit at the Wheel of Fortune episode. Jesus Christ. It's like the game was rigged.

And now they're talking about porn during Zelda. I love you, Grumps. Don't ever change.

Octopus Tophat.

Faye Reagan is one of my favorites.

As much as I prefer them actually playing all the way through games, I forgot how fucking hilarious their more random episodes can be. This Wheel of Fortune series is a great return to these types of games.

How could Arin get "The United States of America" but neither of them could get "House"?

I think it's a matter of mindset. Arin throwing out "Boise" at the start got them into the state of mind that it had to be a "location/city," when it was actually a more general noun.
I actually got thrown off by that one too and yet also got "The United States of America" right away, haha.

Endless Ocean was so magical. Might be my favorite episode since Dan joined, right up there with Mickey Mousecapades.

Whoa. A return to You Don't Know Jack. Awesome. I loved when Arin and Jon played. There's so many versions out there.

Wait. Where's Cookie? WHERE'S COOKIE? THIS ISN'T YDKJ!!!!!!! Awwwww....... oh well.

I wish Steam Train could play The Ride. That was the best one. Maybe make it a Steam Rolled with 4 players. (Wait, was The Ride 4-player?)

Edit: LOL at the ending.
