Agreed, it really is surprisingly good. Danny's voice makes me swoon. It's kind ironic that the only song that I really DON'T like is the Sonic one. Most of them are pretty clever and sound good to me and I hate rap.

Its because that song somehow turns into a parody of Hardcore after being basically a straight rap/pop thing the whole time.

I propose the title of this thread be changed to "GameGrumps, Steam Train, Table Flip |OT| something funny and witty here". Subtitle to be decided.
Naw. I like the effort, but parody rock operas need a lot of finesse to be bearible outside of a youtube video. The beginning of the Luigi song was such a slog, and it does pick up once the comedy starts but...I wouldn't want to listen to that outside of watching the video.
There are seasoned musical artists who have tried to do this and failed miserably, it's not an easy thing to do regardless of what every 90's pop band having a broadway musical says.
Those guys really need to come up with a company name to umbrella all their stuff.

I've been thoroughly enjoying the King's Quest V series so far (I'm currently watching Part 10 right now), and Ross's tale about his Irish grandmother was quite an eye opener. Also, I love when every time Graham (accidentally) falls of a cliff, it looks as if he had given up all hope & wants to off himself anytime he's near a ledge.

I'd say the best songs on the Starbomb album are Regretroid and It's Dangerous to Go Alone. Rap Battle: Ryu vs. Ken is a nice runner-up.
Personally, more Danny singing was always a plus in my book, so I'd actually rank Rap Battle: Ryu vs. Ken a little low. My favorite was probably Crashervania, and the Kirby song was definitely the bottom of my list.
Edit: Also, I hope either the GG channel or someone in here keeps us updated on Tableflip so I don't have to bother with actually checking Polaris for new episodes.

I watched Ninjabread Man...I didn't know why people were saying it was so great, then it got amazing. Fucking, Endless Ocean and this have made the whole thing worth it.

Just when I thought I was over Jon leaving, I happened upon the t-shirt video they made. It's such a stupid video and I actually far and away prefer GG now, but seeing it brought back those memories. Stupid nostalgia and hatred of change.

Every time i'm ready to rally against them and think things have gotten stale, things like Ninjabread Man happen. I mean, this cycle has been going on for what feel's like forever now. Also, Table Flip sounded like a really dumb idea. It's not even remotely, its beautiful and it makes me want to play board games.

Barry and Suzy did one about TableFlip and behind the scenes of GameGrumps. It's a great way to look into the minds of the two rarely (Previously) seen Grumps that made the whole thing happen.
And then Danny and Arin did one for StarBomb.
They're pretty awesome. As long as you can suffer through watching a 30 second commercial between each 2-4 minute question/answer. They're on the Polaris website.

People don't like Ribbit King? Lol I loved that. They were actually into it and the game is kinda cool in a weird way (hadn't heard of it). Even Arin constantly going "wooa you caught a fly yoooo" was funny, strangely.

It was either this, or if they're lucky enough, they would've taken a chance with Christmas Nights. That is, if a copy of that game was sent in by a fan.
Come to think of it, there aren't a lot of decent Christmas-themed video games that are genuinely fun.

Yeah, I honestly wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. It was hilarious, and made me want to play Cards Against Humantiy. I also loved seeing all five of the Grumps together.

I know I'm late but man Ninjabread man was ALREADY legendery bad wii game but with this story attached to it OMG bwhhahaha fantastic.
Also X-mas intro in really fun
Table Flip watched the 3 CAH eps was pretty fun the setting for Table Flip is very well done like the background and cloths

For anyone who is curious about the TableFlip setting, according to the AMA, the whole reason they wear costumes and have a set is because of a miscommunication between them and Polaris. It's hard to explain, but it's hilarious.

Steam Train has a seperate panel at Magfest, so i'm sure that'll be a good place for some Ross questions. Also, i feel Magfest could be a big, fat clusterfuck of Game Grumps. I know there is a lot of intentions to put Jon and Arin on the spot about the break-up at Magfest, which i don't think is a good idea, but people figure its the best place to get answers.

I'm cool with Danny by now, but anyone know why they have have never mentioned Jon since he left, just a little strange. Any have any theories on how Jon's decision to leave went down? How much earlier everyone behind the scenes knew before we did? Did Jon have any input on who should replace him, AKA, Danny? And was Jon perhaps keeping the Game Grumps from expanding too much with Steam Train and whatnot? Ross sayed he wanted to do it for a while before he finally got to right?
