It's a new F-Zero game. Set in a post-apocalyptic future. Runs at a cinematic 24 frames per second. Developed by Ninja Theory.

I cant wait for next months game informer. The one after this one, I mean. I'm trying to imagine what the hype will be for that unveil.

Grim Fandango sequel by Double Fine

Chrono sequel by Bethesda

This post took me from a big smile on my face to a "wtf" face I wish I had a picture of in the smallest amount of time mesurable. :lol

I have every confidence that Squeenix would fuck up a third Chrono if they did one, but if Chrono Break were announced with Bethesda as the dev I think I'd kill myself.

quoting an earlier post to give people some reference, we had some hints a day or so ago aswell, not a TPS or FPS, has had an instalment in the last 15 years and it's by a western dev.

Was Colony Wars by a European studio, or was that Japanese? For some reason I can't remember who dev'd that...

probably wouldn't get a remake thanks to starhawk (a game I couldn't give a crap about)

I heard something awhile back about Valve purchasing the rights to Blade Runner. Kinda fits. Plus there was them leaked concept art from Valve that could fit the game.

This is one of the oddest ideas I've ever read.

lol, yeah. My reasoning was that they've proven themselves good at platformers (Psychonauts) and they've recently gone for the younger crowd (Once Upon a Monster), plus they're just good at comedy, which was always a Rare thing that not many devs could pull off.

Only an instalment in last 15 years? Interesting.

Has anybody speculated anything related to the choice of words? "Real nuts" seems to be related to the name of the dev or the IP name

I could actually see MS doing a dick move like giving a Rare franchise to Double Fine. The reaction here would be pretty damn epic if Banjo 4 or Conker 2 was announced and Rare was busy making Kinect Sports 3.

That wouldn't be a dick move, Double Fine is awesome and Rare is not what it used to be.

There's plenty of develoeprs that would make a better Conker game than current Rare. Volition, Double Fine, Insomniac, WayForward, etc

Would be nice if it was MegaMan. It's apparent a "nuts" reveal by an unexpected developer. Given what we got the last time Capcom did that...

....okay, I hope it isn't MegaMan.
