I personally thought it was the best of the series. It sort of made sense of all the extras that they threw into brotherhood. Ost and world were both great. Multiplayer is a lot of fun to. It's on amazon for 29.99 right now and it is absolutely worth that.

PC Gamer isn't awful if you ignore the 20 pages of MMO shit every month and ignore them when they grossly overrate and dish ridiculous amounts of hyperbole for every Bioware game that comes out (we get it, each new game is the best thing to happen to gaming ever).

Im pretty sure every GTA since 3 has had a cover story in GI, which is where the first bit of meaty info comes from.

Yep. GTA 4 debut trailer was late March, a few weeks later they were GI's cover story.
