GameCube is coming to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack

Good to leave space now and again for third parties to be able to sell their games. September was stacked with games. Nintendo doesn't need to release a major first party tentpole every month of the year. GCN nor any other Classics console gets updated every month. It's more like once a quarter. Be patient. Lots of great games out there to play and be appreciative of right now. We are way beyond spoiled.
Not the phrase inside given the price raises going on this generation.

I might be wrong but I don't think either of those were pictured in the planned lineup they revealed at the April Direct. Which means if they get added they're a long way off.
They weren't, and it's almost a guarantee Luigi's Mansion is next for October. Then there's both Pokemon games and Fire Emblem...but they'll most likely add Wave Race Blue Storm at some point

Context was selection and breadth of games available. Which is rich and impressive, by like any standard. We are absolutely spoiled by what's been released. Nothing to do with prices. Note that nothing releasing in September has any controversy in regards to pricing, though. And overall that chatter seems to have died down for now, unless Nintendo decides to release another $80 first-party game. Which is not known to us yet, one way or the other.

I do want XD Gale of Darkness to be released ASAP to be honest. It's a great game and I've not played it since I was a teenager.

I've decided to buy a gamecube controller and use it with my PC on Dolphin. I loved the GC Controller always.
I keep adding one to my cart and then I remind myself that the last thing I need is another controller. One of these days I'm going to do it though.

Gonna try out Wario World when I'm done with MP4. Love to see Path of Radiance coming strong out of the gate, probably to stir up interest in advance of the new Fire Emblem this spring.

I got the GameCube and N64 ones, absolutely love them. I think most N64 games particularly are kinda hard to play without it, because controls and layout (and screen indications) are so specific to that controller.

Why won't they allow the games to be widescreen stretched? I just can't stand to play them with block bars around them Jon modern tv's

It is true, they are faithfully recreated controllers and exclusive GameCube/N64 games were absolutely shaped around it. Still, I just cannot play Turok the way I used to… I can play the remaster with dual analog and non inverted aim. Otherwise… sigh…
