Games inspired by Twin Peaks?

I have been watching Twin Peaks for the first time and doing so has really shown me how many things have been inspired by it (The Velvet Room in Persona anyone?). It's pretty awesome. I was wondering what games have been inspired by Twin Peaks and which feel the most like Twin Peaks?

The one and only.

Silent Hill.

Deadly Premonition, Alan Wake, Silent Hill, Life is Strange.

Virginia is really worth checking out. It's so Twin Peaks it'll make your head spin.

Silent Hill.

As a big fan of Twin Peaks and Silent Hill, I would say they have precious little in common and do not make good bedfellows.

Alan Wake and Deadly Premonition, yes. Silent Hill, definitely not. Perhaps Silent Hill proper, as a town, bears somewhat of a resemblance to the small northwestern town of Twin Peaks, but I think this is where the comparisons end and would not satisfy the OP.

My personal suggestion is Virgina. Life is Strange, too, from what a particularly passionate friend of mine says.

Majora's Mask. strong emphasis on characterization of small cast of townspeople, and surrealist (and often frightful) imagery gives it some Twin Peaks vibes

I preferred Rainy Woods as the title

Just recently finished "Virginia" on Steam. More Twin Peaks inspired than most of the games mentioned in this post I feel. It an amazing, short 3 hour experience.

Not exactly the answer you might be looking for but Ocarina of Time drew inspiration in the characters. A lot of the weird personalities in the game were thought of because of Twin Peaks.

Life is Strange is heavily influenced by Twin Peaks. There are also lots of Easter eggs related to Twin Peaks in the game. Virginia is also another game heavily influenced by Twin Peaks. Both are fantastic games.

Obviously Deadly Premonition. One of my absolute faves of last-gen, even if it's technically and mechanically one of the worst games :D

Alan Wake is the most obvious answer here. Everything cries Twin Peaks right down to the strange townsfolk and coffee thermos collectibles :)

Oh boy, I have some interesting things to play then!

I have always been too afraid to play Deadly Premonition as I have mostly heard it's "So bad it's good" and that's not usually my cup of tea, but I would be willing to give it a shot if it is anything like Twin Peaks.

Make sure you watch the movie when done OP.

"Fire Walk With Me" is super dark and super amazing. Directed by Lynch. It's a prequel (mostly).

It's literally Twin Peaks: The Videogame. If you can get past the jankiness you're in for the ride of your life.

I don't see it as "so bad it's good" type of game, but rather as a game that's so fucking good that even with a lot of obvious shortcomings manages to still be great.

Deadly Premonition 100%. Closest thing to playable Twin Peaks. Kind of ass gameplay but legitimately great world, story and characters. Alan Wake is a fine TPS horror shooter but it doesn't have 0.1% of the heart and soul of Twin Peaks.

DP does.
