Ever just sit around and wonder what PSY's been up to? The answer probably wouldn't surprise you: He's still doing his "Gangnam Style" thing, breaking YouTube records over and over—except now he broke YouTube itself.

PSY's "Gangnam Style"—the 2012 viral sensation with the horsey dance and enough oddball power to basically redefine the term "viral video"—has now climbed to a number YouTube assumed it wouldn't even encounter. "We never thought a video would be watched in numbers greater than a 32-bit integer (=2,147,483,647 views), but that was before we met PSY," YouTube writes in a short new post. "'Gangnam Style' has been viewed so many times we have to upgrade!"

How'd PSY crack the code, exactly? Well, his gigantic view count no longer displays any commas. So you're looking at 2151085980 right now, a number so humongous it defies the laws of mathematical punctuation.

"Hover over the counter in PSY's video to see a little math magic," continues YouTube's comment, "and stay tuned for bigger and bigger numbers on YouTube." Letting your mouse hang over PSY's giant number causes the digits to spin around like a possessed slot machine.

Because signed variables don't always talk so well with unsigned variables, which causes potential for headaches down the road which are best not risked.

Besides, there's not really a ton of scenarios where 2 billion is not enough but 4 billion is enough. Even in this situation, I wonder if they'd rather just move to a double then risk some other phenomenon break it at 4 billion views.
