I don't get all the Souja Boy hate. Yeah, his music sucks, but he's not some gangster thug acting like he's gonna shot your face off, he's just some kid having fun with his friends. His success and fame has gone to his head a little bit, but I've seen a lot worse.

There's nothing offensive in this video. He's just having fun at the MS area of E3. I wonder if his E3 invite only allows him there, or he's just that big a 360 fan.
 
I think some of you are just jealous someone who represents something you have no idea, respect of understanding about, got to go to the worlds biggest* gaming conference.

I don't get the Soulja Boy hate.

I hate his music with a passion, but I don't hate him as a person. He seems like he could be a cool dude to hang out with. Yes, his music is very very bad. But what has he really done to you GAF that you hate him so much and want to punch his face among other things? Seriously you guys just look like jealous losers.
 
Soulja Boy would be really, really cool if he wasn't trying so hard to be gangsta. If he was genuine, I'd probably be a fan. I mean, he goes to E3 and says, "I'm straight up in this bitch." You're at E3...tone it down, no one is buying it.

I can easily tell you where the hate comes from: he's doing something he likes and getting paid crazy money for it. That pisses some people off, because they aren't doing what they like and getting paid crazy money for it, and they're jealous.

Normal people, if they don't like his music, just say "eh, not my kind of stuff" and move on.

There is a point in the video where SB spins around with his arms out during his Natal playthrough. Someone needs to put a GIF together with Woder Woman. He spun around like Linda Carter right before her conversion to WW.

Not sure, he was very good at Gears when I watched him play in a challenge video a while back.

Soulja Boy is an xbox fan. His gamertag is well known and he raped Totilo in Gears. He's done multiple videos of him playing stuff on his 360. I don't believe he's a total fanboy/paid marketer though, because in one video where he visited tokyo, he bought Yakuza Kenzen and Yalkyria Chronicles.

Hmmm... Can this condition be contracted suddenly late in one's life? Because when Kudo was at 3D0, I saw plenty of him when he'd stop by the PR agency I was working for to show off Air Attack (the only truly awesome Army Men game). Dude never had any shades then. In fact, he was one of the coolest guys I'd ever met (reminded me of my pot smoking manager when I worked at a movie theater ages ago), and was rather far removed from his persona now. The shades always seemed like the embodiment of his attempt to go all rock star instead of being just a regular, fairly soft-spoken dude like 10 years ago.

I live in Germany and this is a normal term like house-music or rock (many radiostations who only play HipHop/Rap/RnB call themself black-music radios etc. ) .

I was going to say something about it too. The fact that he listed hiphop/rap and felt it necessary to also throw 'black music' into the mix is hilarious.

What was the deal with all the Gears of War 2 footage? Was he just playing some new map pack or is it coming to PC or what? Something like that would be like, one of the last thing I'd bother with if I went to E3 even if I was super hardcore into the game.
