Seems lower than the average was in the USA in 2010

April or May of 2009 seems the last time we've had comparable pricing nationally
If that happens I'll be legit shook.I won't be on the "holy shit" train until it drops below $2 in California.

I wish they would do this here in Ruskin (about 10 minutes south). We just got under $2 a few days ago, but still haven't gone under $1.90. Luckily I have to drive through Brandon and Tampa, which has been cheaper for a long time.I swear the gas stations near me are competing. I drove by a Marathon and it was $1.85. lol
And to clarify, I live in Riverview, FL (which is a small city near Tampa)
This isn't going to be a popular sentiment, but now is the perfect time to raise the gas tax. Falling prices means the perceived cost will quickly vanish, and god knows the highways need the money.
Well crap that didn't take any time - we briefly had gas prices of $1.99 a gallon here like a month ago and now it's back up to $2.71.
If you're in California it's because 17% of the refinery production was taken offline by the oil cartel

I paid $3.63 per gallon last night! And that's with oil being around $50 a barrel! WTF...
California is always a special case because we are an isolated market. We are isolated geographically due to the mountains & deserts and we are isolated due to our special california blend. And on top of that, we just had a refinery explode.

$3.07 for premium gas at Costco in the East Bay Area.
We're so close to sub $3 that I can smell the gas....

Exactly. How convenient. You can set your garden sprinkler system by the annual refinery explosion and unexpected maintenance shut downs
Fuck men, pumped gas last night and premium was at 3.90. Fuck this shit.
3.40 at the cheapest here in so cal
I'm so mad I couldn't experience less than 2 like other people
and isn't their a floating gax tax based on cap and trade or something
