I'm asking this as a total observer who doesn't know any gay men well enough to ask, so please don't mind my naivety. However, my last psychology class made it a pretty strong point that gay men have a lot more sex with a far greater number of partners than any other group. It was argued that the reason was that many gay men have higher (or fluctuating) levels of testosterone. But some students made the argument that gays are more likely to be politically progressive and not so conservative and that of course would skew any surveys.

Gay gaffers, what's your perception of this widely held assumption by the straight masses--both regarding its validity and cause?

You're opening up a can of worms with this question. Personally, I wouldn't bother asking considering you're going to get answers ranging all over the place. Truth is, nobody knows. From my experience, it seems like the "typical" gay man does have more sex because guys have high sex drives as it is. You get a guy who likes other guys, and there you go.

Anyway, I've met my fair share of gay people; still, anything I say is ancedotal evidence so it's not definitive...

They have all given me the impression that they have a lot of sex. Like "oh I went out, met this guy, and..." or "I met this cool guy last week at the bar. He asked if he could come over tonight..."

Granted, I know straight guys who search out pussy like it's oxygen too. But not all of my straight friends/people I know are like that.

NOTE: I have nothing against gay people at all. Love them to death. I merely answered the question to the best of my ability.

I'm not talking about model standards, I'm talking about beautiful. Especially face means a lot to me in a woman. And I don't have high standards about "inner beauty". All I ask is a woman you doesn't have crazy mood swings, doesn't get annoyed with meaningless things I do/say and has the humor to understand some of them, doesn't get stuck on every ****ing detail, and tells me what her problem is when she's angry/annoyed. These and a couple of others I'm forgetting. Either I'm unlucky at finding women or I'm searching for a woman with a dude's character which possibly isn't out there.

Sorry for being so bitter it's been a month+ since my last break up and I'm in the phase where I don't wanna meet/see/talk/listen to a woman again in my entire life. I'll get over it eventually.
