Awesome, took the survey. (I took the one a while ago as well with the various class ideas. Liked that.)
Glad to see GameSpy going, although I surprisingly had few major issues with it this time compared to some other games. (It totally worked like 80% of the time! Great success!)
As noted, FOV was a big one, especially since it resets on you. I understand why someone might lock FOV for competitive multiplayer, but in a game that's either single-player or co-op? The duels aren't worth preventing the "advantage" of being able to see a proper FOV.
The .ini's had too much stuff that needed to be in the menus. The Borderlands Wiki PC Tweaks page is basically a list of stuff that should have been in the menu. (I understand some of the more "mod" type aspects like turning off the shaders, forcing mipmaps, etc. being left out but it would be cool to just toss things like that and show some PC love.) Game also reset the settings by overwriting my edited .ini's when I added two of the DLCs. (Can't say for sure since I got them in a set of three and then Claptrap. But it did it both times I launched with new DLC.)
Not really PC specific, but it'd be nice to be able to easily "clone" a save for a character. So you could go off on your own in single player and when your friends can return to the game you can pick up with the other one where it is. You can do this in Borderlands by copying the save file but I've had it overwrite both the character saves if they have the same name. (Launching one save and changing the name has always worked.)

Why do some PC games even have this? It's always crippling to the experience. Shouldn't pass QA.
It's like some relic from the mouseball era that won't go away. I love being able to move my mouse all over perfectly in Windows and start playing a game and I'm having to cross my entire desk to turn around.
