Were prolly going to have to add "PitPass Report Podcast" (Forza Motorsport) to the list.
That word is probably on the banned words list, I'll work my way around it.Chamellion said:How do you add a podcast to the list? I just found a really good one.
During E3 week, I was over browsing at this site called "*****" (they had a live blog of the Nintendo "Secret" conference, and I noticed they have a podcast section there too. Long story short they are all pretty good except one stands out above the rest as the cream of the ***** podcast crop.
http://www.*****.com/podcasts.php?show=3
It's called MaxKom and it's the site's "community" podcast. The cast is probably the funniest group I have heard since GFW and it's really pretty entertaining. I actually subscribed to their podcast channel on iTunes but it was only for this podcast. Check it out.
EDIT: Any reason why K-O-M-B-O is a restricted word on here? I'm kind new so I'm not really sure...

AGFlamey said:Just a heads up for the list operator - the Angry Gamer Focus Test and the Angry Gamer Podcast are the one and the same - they use the same website, iTunes and RSS feeds.
The "Podcast" was 15 minutes mostly scripted comedy bits about video games and the people who make them. After Series 5 Episode 15 it went on indefinite hiatus.
The "Focus Test" is 30 minutes and is like a cross between This American Life and beer. Each week the three team members each bring in a game based on a new topic and play them on air while talking about why they picked it and what it means to them. The other two team members then try it out and make fun of the other's taste. It's been going for 12 episodes now and is quite good.
iTunes does that very well. But I'm using the Zune software (which is free to download too) to keep my music and podcast collection up to date.Melhisedek said:I just recently "discovered" podcasts and how wonderful it is to listen to them at work![]()
Anyway what software do you guys use to schedule and download podcasts? I know about Itunes but I would love some alternative. It doesn't have to be fancy just simple to subscribe and have it download stuff whenever it becomes available
Thank you for your time!

I'm on a podcast diet this week because all anybody will be talking about this week and the next few will be Madden.
Can you post the website, rss and itunes for me please?Flunkie said:Whaat? No GameScoop on here?
Bog said:Hm, which Tapezilla link errored? You'll be happy to know we barely mentioned Madden this week.

ALL of these are good, but ALL are very general discussions; we get the "what you been playin", news, insight and upcoming games segments, but very few actually talk about the meat of specific game experiences. I want something like 1upFM's backlog but for current games. A podcast that's spoiler-heavy and detailed about a current game release for the hardcore. Anything?

End of the Road
We're sure that a lot of you have suspected this, but sadly, the Game Theory Podcast has come to an end. We apologize for keeping our loyal listeners in the dark for the past weeks, but other responsibilities took priority over the podcast as we slowly came to the realization that we simply don't have the time anymore (and also, we feel like we've said everything that needed to be said).
It's been quite a ride and we're quite proud to have attracted some of the more intelligent and insightful listeners amongst the gaming community. We thank you all for the support and comments.
You can still get your dose of Colin in his always candid Opinion and Links entries on Edge-Online. If you didn't hear, some guy named Denzel Washington liked Gary's script, so that's being made into a Warner-distributed movie. Kris will continue on at Edge-Online as an editor.
So again, many thanks to all. It's been fun.
Signing off,
Game Theory Podcast
