[GG'ton]: Team Evil Geniuses releases Greg 'Idra' Fields

Mostly done watching it. To note

-Probably would have fired himself for other stuff he said before he got fired when he did
-Done with competitive play
-No LoL
-Wants to do analytic commentating for events and stuff

This is my favorite Twitter conversation of the day:

I never liked the guy since watching his matches during the beta days.

Its a shame that lots of people confuse being outspoken (which nearly always = dickhead) and rude as someone having 'character' that makes them 'interesting'.

A lot of his behaviour is childish and I think when he grows up he'll be embarrassed by it.

Yeah, times like this really bring out the retards that are clearly insanely anti social and think you should be able to get away with being a cunt to random people.

Well he seems honest enough, tough it seems he thinks it was unfair because he never got a warning.

EG is probably the best team to be in, from a financial reason

Wait, what?!

EG stated that after he started telling people to get cancer they told him to stop being an idiot.

We have built our company as a players-first organization. This is reflected in a number of already well-known benefits that our players receive, such as the attentiveness of our management, the quality of our on-site facilities, and excellent financial support.

What exactly are the benefits for being a sponsored member of a team? I mean, living in a dorm with a bunch of other guys, as I've seen in some videos, seems like a shitty perk. How much do they pay you? I assume you're guaranteed $X as part of a contract.

In the RealTalk episode, around 2-10 min mark he explains sort of how Stephano got a warning for some thing he did, but how he did not feel he was being close to being released.

His entire explanation is a bit murky, his comment he says, was not aimed at his "real fans" and "real fans of esports" but the "other people" who he wishes would stop watching? Sounds phoney

Worth bumping the thread, IdrA just announced that he's signing with eMG.
