Also Giantbomb is starting to get really weird. If Jeff wants to keep doing half his work from his home then he should do it somewhere more professional looking then is messy ass bedroom. At least put some pants on.


I feel like if we flash forward GiantBomb 5 years its just going to be Jeff rolling around in dirt saying "NEW CALL AH DUTY GOOD"

You're complaining about him doing work from home on a Sunday? Really?

Did you forget about their Wii U extravaganza? If the situation merits it, such as a major console launch, they'll come in to the office on a weekend. But this Destiny announcement is not on that level.
 
anyone else having issues with the video progress bar not fading out on videos? Has happened on every video since the update for me.
 
Ok decided to get a monthly membership because I wanted some background noise and had 5 bucks kicking around a pre paid visa.


I guess when you get a one month membership is to whatever todays date is to that day next month and not 30 days or something.

So my membership ends on the 16th of march.


Fuck February. Stealing 3 days of membership.

Ryan Davis just put the image of a naked hairless Greg Miller in my head and now it won't leave. I'm shouting "Beyond!" and nothing is happening.
 
Anyone else download subscriber videos through iTunes? I see they fixed the Bombcast feed but the other feeds I have in iTunes are still busted. Are there different feeds I need to subscribe to now in iTunes to get quicklooks and stuff like that?
 
Hey guys, I can't log into my account at all. Like, it's been wiped or something. Like, I try to select forgot password, but it's saying my email doesn't exist.

I am a subscriber.

Oh god, the video feeds were pretty terrible even when the site was stable. I couldn't imagine how they are now.

Honestly, yeah. I don't know the guy and I know it's not my place to presume anything about his personal life, but he can't exactly be in the best of health. And if I had a fiancee and potentially a family on the horizon, I'd be more inclined to stick around longer and take care of myself.

Ryan's my favorite member of the crew and he does occasionally worry me.
 
Guys ever watch any Kinect vids he does?

The man is out of breath just standing. I love the guy, but yeah, it's starting to get brutal. Well, it has been for a while sadly.

I realize you're at least half-joking, but this is what I've wanted Ryan and Jeff to do for a while now. Five episodes a week, Monday through Friday; they record at the end of each day so they don't have to marinate in their own filth all day. Winner is determined by most pounds lost, but whoever loses is still a winner. As much as I dislike Ryan, I wouldn't want to see him overdose on all the pizza whistles and swazzle stars the Giantbomb users send them, which seems to be the path he's currently heading down.
 
Anybody is able to watch the Sim City archive on Ryan's twitch? When I click on it the browser goes in a loop between justin and twitch.

I'm all for them getting fit and all... but I'm not too sure I'd be into a GB edition of The Biggest Loser.

If that were to happen, I'd want it to be an Endurance Run of all Dance Dance Revolution games or something.

You can try downloading it by going to this link and downloading the url inside <video_file_url> </video_file_url>. That is what they have on the twitch site and I am in the process of trying now myself.

Edit: Just finished and it's only the first 30 minutes but I guess that is better than nothing.

This makes me sad...I really hope Ryan considers making some changes to address that. I knew it was bad, but man this image really puts it into perspective. I love the bombcrew, and I'd hate for any of them to run into serious health problems.
 
The amount of time that Ryan and Jeff dedicate to their job is pretty astounding, with as much content they put out etc.. they both need to chill and take some time to take care of themselves.

In all seriousness it doesn't bother me in the slightest, but if you contrast it with something like Patrick's recent video it does seem a teensy bit sloppy. At any rate, you can be sure we're not telling them things they don't know. Jeff has always had a carefully cultivated "it's not that serious" attitude toward this stuff.

Pretty sure a GB series of Biggest Loser, would be incredible.

To add to the discussion, I've been concerned about Ryan for a while now - that gif image, while humorous, is slightly disturbing.
