Seriously though, if it was deliberate or vandalism I imagine they would have just cut all the way through. A bit missing and enough left to give any connection at all suggests accidental, I had a similar thing when my neighbour didn't cut his damn trees back, branches rubbed the cable until eventually the out coating let water in.
Rats chewing on cables is not unheard of either. It's pretty common, and it's a pain in the ass to find out. You usually have to just check your entire cables from time to time.
Identifying a problem on Cable Connections are a pain in the ass. In the past 6 months I replaced an entire segment of my cable, which improved everything in my house, but my TV would still get corrupted signal from time to time. Took me a while to notice that one adapter I was using on the installation was busted - I only noticed when the pin came out from the middle. I replaced that and it fixed all my problems.

I hope they do a Quick Look of "Road to Hell: Retribution." Reports indicate its probably not a good game (they're not sending out review copies), but I'm interested in it if only for Ryan to make Full Throttle references.
Dave vanished with no lead up. He got a whole OT.

The fact that that'll never happen is probably the biggest disappointment I have with Giant Bomb. That was like a perfect storm of Giant Bomb content; Dave/Vinny/Drew, goofy dialog, famous IP, kind of janky mechanics. Damn shame the saved game was lost to a reformat.

When I first watched that video, I laughed uncontrollably and re-watched that section about ten times. Drew seems to come out with potent snippets of hilarity every now and again.

The fans one is definitely from the Bladerunner game. It was when they first went onto the roof of a building that was covered in fans (believe it was the second apartment or the roof of the house Sebastian lives in, but I'm too heartbroken to check it).

He was on their third day of e3 nightly discussion podcast video thing. However, he wasn't really given much room to really get a word in, since an old friend of the staff's was there.
Tyler still had the best moments of the night - messing with the PS4 and advocating for the Witcher. Good man.
He's not part of the editorial staff, he works with the engineer. Doesn't make much sens to make him sit there.

Rorie is a community manager (pretty much what Dave was doing). He responds to support, has a presence in their forums, uploads videos nobody cares about (trailers, for instance), takes care of the chat, so on and so forth.
He said many times that he's not an editor (Ryan, Brad, Jeff). He's also not a reporter (Patrick) or a Video guy (Drew, Vinny, Andy).
Since we're counting, Ian and Alexis are Engineers. The french guy (Tommy?), that showed up on a Quicklook with Vinny and some french game, was also an engineer, and is now leaving (to work on Twitter).
That's kinda why Alexis was looking at resumes today.

Nah, it's more like a "film whatever you want here" studio I guess. But according to Max Temkin the table they were fucking on is not the same one from Day 3, so that makes it less funny.
