Hmm.. something doesn't seem right. Sorry, i feel there is not enough info to say whether it is rape or not. There is a reason why she feel it is her fault so i'd rather have more info before determining whether it was rape or not. If it is strictly what she said and nothing more than that then yes it is rape, but i feel there is more to what she said.

lmao no one cares about your verdict ya legal hot shot. Not what this thread is about. You would be being insensitive even if op hadn't already posted that legal measures were taken. You have absolutely no reason to believe this person wasn't raped, and feeling at fault is a documented cause of trauma like rape, one allowed to flourish by the victim blaming you're demonstrating here. go play 12 Angry Men by yourself somewhere
