Girsl-age: Friend-zoned?

actually, let me simplify it.

new relationships are supposed to be constantly fun. right now.. for some reason.. be it her or you... it's not. you're not enjoying your time with each other. you can't force a relationships. so. bail out.

Don't EVER do this. Trying to make someone feel bad about not having mutual feelings for you never accomplishes anything aside from making that person even LESS interested in you. If you do a lot for a person, don't do it expecting them to "like you back" as a return favor.

No. I don't do it expecting something in return. That's retarded. That was just put in there so you guys know how much I like her and stuff

Well, I didn't. I just wanted to drop the friendship and she got all pissed and mad. She thinks I made her feel bad and shit about her not having feelings for me.

But that isn't it. I just wanted to move on.

@DeathNote, she freaking self-destructed on me first. :lol I was like "okay..." Anyways. I'm done. This shit is just annoying. I'm going to have a drink, lol. Get drunk or something.

hm yanno, with that said.. i learned something from my experiences. you can analyze things is like a million ways...and try to figure out what's going on in the girls mind. which is horrible to go through. but then i learned a way to simply it all which is my second post up there: "if the relationship isn't happy fun times.. something is wrong.. with you or her.. give them space and continue on with your life... see if there is anything to fix about yourself for yourself. and the future will lead you to someone awesome.. her or someone else."

You met the sister too soon. This is one of those cases where you have sex with the one sister under one name and sex with the other sister under a different name.

P.S. And why the fuck are you buying her all these gifts for? Great way to turn her off.

Ummm, I only got her a ring and a stuffed animal over 4 months. A lot? Not really.

If a girl likes you she's going to send you a clear signal. If you are at all unclear about how she feels about you after spending time with her and talking to her, bail out.

Was booze involved by any chance, a lass can be all over you when she is drunk, but come the next morning she wants to just be "friends"

I usally call it aftermorning regret, does not bother me as I get what I wanted.

I need help GAF. Look, I know this girl in college, I know her for a good 3 months now, going to be 4. Heres' the thing, everything was going well. I kissed her and she responded, we went deeper and deeper. No sex yet though. Lol. I'm working my way up. But then she suddenly tells me that we are only friends. Wtf? I thought I made it clear by kissing her that we are more than friends. Now, I don't want to lose the friendship we have (a great one but in the same time I LOVE HER TOO MUCH), but how can I go on about? So I really need help here. Any help would be appreciated. The last few weeks has been really shit, as it has it's ups and downs, mostly downs. Like we never talk, barely see each other. Before all this happened, we hanged out a lot and talked a lot. We were really good.

I talked some shit to her, quite a lot, yes, she was pissed. Very indeed. I basically self-destructed but we are not totally gone yet, I just want to get back to how we were. Not a lost cause yet...

But what am I suppose to do? She is very confusing, bitchy, I did a lot for her, A LOT. Sometimes, she she shows signs that we are more than friends and sometimes, we are just friends. Like wtf?

I don't want to lose her, that's all. So what happens next?

If you guys got any questions, just ask as I think that would be better for you guys responding to this thread to better understand this situation more.

the most effective thing you can do in any situation where there's a "down" period is to not call or contact her in any way (nevermind the latter if you sit by her in class). this way you'll know what to do because she'll call you. and if she does anytime within the reasonable future, then it means she still wants you 'in that way.' not a friend way, but a SEXY way!!!~

but srsly, if she - or any prospective gf - is being "bitchy and weird" then just ignore them. they're either playing games or they're not worth it. yeah it sucks being home on a friday night, and your hand will creep towards the phone a few times. but you have to bear with it, and soon it'll pass

Yeah, but we have made-out a couple of times, a few times she even iniated it. I mean, come on, is that still in the 'friends do make out category?'

I don't know. Alas, I lost I guess.
She was interested and then she learned more and more about you and she became less and less interested. The way you handled the transition from potential relationship to good friendship to decent friendship to barely speaking to one another friendship didn't help you out much either.

People are complicated, but I don't think this situation is very difficult to understand. She sees things in you she never saw before and she doesn't like them. And from the sounds of your post, you are very clingy (you love her too much and you've only known her for 3 - 4 months??), so she's probably right on the money.

Learn a lesson from this :). Move on with your life. If she comes back as a friend, and you have legitimate reasons for being a friend with her, then great. If you still just see her as potential girlfriend material, maybe you should keep your distance.

I been in this situation before. In college, I ran into a girl I knew back in HS. Well we started off as friends. Did pretty much everything together. Movies, sporting events, studied, to the point where people thought we were together. Me and her got really close to the point where I was falling for her. Then she pulled the friend card.

"I do not want to ruin our friendship, it is the best thing that happened to me"

I respected her wishes, for about a month. But I seriously felt like I was just being lead around, and it really did feel bad. So I flat out told her. It was too hard, I rather risk my friendship with her and try to take it to the next level. Then to just be "friends". I said my goodbyes, told her once my feeling for her passes in that way, we can then be just friends.

So for about three months, I kept my distant. Dated around, etc. E-mail her to say Hi once in a while. One day she showed up at my door, in tears saying how much she miss me. And she loved me.

We been together ever since, have a child together, and getting married this summer.

My advice, if you seriously have strong feelings for her. You can not honestly be friends. It is not fair to her or yourself. No matter what that feeling will distort how you will act around her. The feeling does, not go away, but lessen to the point where it will allow you guys to just be friends in the truest sense.

In case she is one of those girls who like to get guys into the "friend zone" for the safety of it. Run. If she is just confuse of her feelings, give her space. If she really does just want to be friends ,although the kissing tells me other wise, you need to try to find away to drop the feeling you have for her. Its not easy, just my 2 cents.

Dude, you forked that up on your own. Just cus you made out with the chick doesn't make you b/f and g/f. If you would have given it some time and didn't blow your load she may have eventually eased into seeing you as something more.
