I see that CDPR started to use "cheap" PR tricks since W3 marketing started. For me free DLCs were also pure cheap marketing to be clear.

That's a misleading as hell title. You already need all the GOTY Edition content to get this, so this is nothing. You aren't getting the base game upgraded to GOTY for free.

Can anyone clear that up for me, and if they do carry over is it as easy as just installing the game in the same location and saves will be there? What's the process?
