Maybe the original plan was for a 2015 release, but now it is delayed, because Square Enix.

Doubt it was ever planned for a 2015 release. When it was announced they said the project is extremely early in development.

They scrapped Kingdom Shader? Damn that's disappointing. Every world having a different shader sounded really interesting.

The opposite. They switched to UE4 because it had more shader options
