What's your Android phone?

Pretty cool app. Might make my mom try it since she's team iphone all the way but she's interested in droids.

I chose Music over 2 hours a day via streaming, bluetooth, and aux.

Productivity all day and over 50 messages a day

They recommended me the Note 4, Note 3, and the G4. Not bad I was actually looking at the G3-G4 for my next phone. Never really thought about the Notes to be honest, don't really need a phone that big.

I really don't like installment billing prices so I think Im going to go off contract BYOP. Might be a little expensive for to get a G3-G4 so I found this baby and it looks sweet!

Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3
Name is too much but specs are sick for such a midrange phone! This has me really looking at newer mid tiers from Blu, Huawei, and Xiaomi. Don't know why I never owned a GSM phone sooner.

Thought this was cool, looks like they pick through 18 phones. Tell us your results and if this is old then I guess we'll talk about what phones we're getting next.

It told me the newer versions of the phone I already have, so I guess it picked correctly (or maybe I did, hmmmm).

It gave me HTC One M9 and M8 as the top 2 choices, and I have the M7. Basically, my top priority is music storage and playback. The more built-in storage, the better. HTC One seems to be one of the better regarding this (in the Android line) at 32 GB, though I wish it was higher. It has better playback than, say, the Galaxy I had before it, so that's nice.

Other crap like apps and stuff, I couldn't care less about that. I use Twitter to stay up to speed on current events, I use the web browser when I'm on my couch. Occasionally pop into banking and Starbucks, but that's about it. I have no knowledge of anything else out there, and I don't care. For me, my phone is an iPod replacement.

Interesting that people are coming up with bigger spectrum of phones. Would you guys consider yourselves power users? Or are you doing alot of productivity that benefits from bigger screens?

Yeah if your phone is an ipod replacement then the HTC One series are the perfect phones for you. The M9 will be a treat for you, even more awesome speakers on that phone.

My number one criteria is battery, so it's a shame they don't really consider that here.

They gave me the G4, which sounds about right for how much I use my camera and like listening/watching stuff downloaded on my phone (expandable memory).

Battery is a big one missing. I cant speak on it lately since I dont know how high end phones are faring in real world results but I think Android M will helps and deff even those little cylinder rechargeable battery packs should be enough to get more power to you. And they're cheap!!

Nowadays, we all should have some form of rechargeable batteries since almost everything charges off of USB.

For what it's worth, it recommended me:
S6/S6 Edge
LG G4
Nexus 6

That said, there's no way that I'm downgrading from my S5 Active until a newer waterproof phone is released.

Don't be such a sloppy jalopy and you won't constantly drop your phone in the toilet.

^^^ Sorry, I'm just jealous.

I did the test, and it basicallly gave me the top 3 most expensive android phones. I already knew I needed something like them. The survey would be way better for people who really don't know much tech.

Wanted a large phone with a good camera and it offered me an m9. Stupid google.

As a note 3 owner, i know for myself that my future phone is going to be either a next nexus phablet if google cares to release one, or an iphone 6+ 2nd gen.

Maybe a note 5 as back up plan.

Word is Note 5 with type C. I need that port.

It's understandable.
The S5 Active is awesome.

Always thinking of blame space when picking out phones. good looking out.

I tried to warn him...

HTC One M9, Galaxy Note Edge, or Galaxy Note 4

Well I just got a HTC One M8 last year so that's good. Another year before I upgrade though.

I got S6, G4, and Droid turbo

The G4 looks really nice,it would probably be my phone if I wasn't stuck to iOS.

M9, Nexus 6,z3.
I'm probably going to get the moto x again though. Hopefully Motorola releases a new version this year. If not, I'll go Sony.

I guess the S6 is a good recommendation on paper. Except my work phone is an S5 and I really dislike it so I never really use it, I'm always on my iPhone 6.

I kind of expected to see a Z3 but I guess they just don't do Sony phones. I like my wife's Z3.

Nexus 6, I suppose. If I ever made the switch to Android, it's going to be vanilla Android. Plus Nexus devices seem to get more Android version updates than other devices.

Samsung's phones are ugly and their Android flavor is ugly. No thanks. And what's with that gross fake leather stitching on some of them?

S6, S5, and LG G4. I have the S5 Active, so I guess that's good.

I was really hoping for an option about durability or how hard you are on your phone.

Funny my note 3 didn't let me choose multiple options on the first question so I gave up

I'm gonna get a note 5 anyway or the next windows phone.

Rubbish results.

I'm looking for a rugged phone, with excellent call quality and push-to-talk/walkie-talkie capabilities. I'm moving away from these "smart phones"

Yeah, it's pretty much "Which phone we want you to buy, from our partners' recent phones."

I did say this was from Google lol

But Ive found there are still some awesome midrange phones. The market is really expanding with OnePlusOne (Two coming), Alcatel, Huawei, BLU, and Xaiomi making some really usable phones at moderate prices.

Even Sony is being left out on the high end in this selector. I think ASUS even announced a nicer Zenphone

G4, Note 4, Galaxy S6

I'm enjoying my G3, will probably go with the G5 or whatever they call it when it comes out.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and two LG G Flex and G2, not sure about the LG's had a few of their phones over the years and they were shit T.

Got the LG G4, the M9 and the Droid Turbo.

I currently own a G2 I bought in November and I'm very happy with it. I'll buy a G4 when they come down in price. So maybe next year. I think buying "outdated" Android phones is the best bang for your buck.
