It will kick you out when someone else logs on, but you should be logged out anyway.

Demo's do not need to be activated, as you will notice when you buy a game and click download it sits there and says "activating..." for a few seconds. This ties the content to your account and requires your account to be active on the ps3 you are trying to use your content on. Since demos don't activate you can just login and start downloading and immeadiatley delete the account, free'ing up one of the 5 slots that the account has so another gaffer can use it. Just don't forget to go to account maintenence and de-activate your system before deleting it from your users list.
