So I'm reading up on GT, right? I come across the PAL website for GT2 and underneath new features it says, "Rub the label of the GT Mode disc gently with your fingertips or a soft cloth for the authentic pit-lane experience."

Is this true? I don't have a copy on me but... wow. What a weird feature. PAL only, maybe?

Can anyone confirm this? What does it smell like?

It still have the scent, just checked it.

It kinda resembles the tire scent, however it is not intensive as 15 years ago.

Never really caught on though did it!, probably something to do with the fact that, at least for me, the disc didn't really actually smell of anything.
